QACO administration team members are experienced individuals who are playing big role to support the company by servicing our clients’ needs; from data entry, work order management, claims management, work coordination and scheduling. They are reporting directly and indirectly to designated management to coordinate projects and tasks according to their requirements. We have succeeded to put together a very efficient administrative team which deals with over 600 work orders a week and coordinates them from start to finish. In addition to that the team is able to coordinate and respond to urgent responsive maintenance work which comprises of 2, 4, 8, 12 & 24 hour urgent response to multi-trade onsite requirements.
