The staff at QACO has over 120 years of collective experience in years in the construction and property maintenance sector. QACO was set up in April 2013. Since then it had its steady growth largely due to delivering quality projects regardless of its size and complexity from a one-man outfit to a multi trade company.
From 2013 to date, QACO has serviced on average 9000 responsive work orders per annum across the greater Sydney metropolitan area on behalf of the NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) asset maintenance housing contract. At the same time we have been delivering small to large construction projects from renovations, referbishments, minor and major repairs, home modification for the private sector and NDIS.
QACO also engages qualified professional Architects, Engineers and building consultants to cater the design and development projects as required by our clients.
